Early Milton Bradley Circular and Billhead
Springfield, Massachusetts: Milton Bradley & Co, 1867. Two (2) pieces of early Milton Bradley ephemera, including a lithographed circular and a handwritten receipt on company billhead. The receipt records the purchase of a monogram (perhaps on stationery?) in the amount of $4.25. The billhead markets the company as "Lithographers, Engravers & Publishers of Home Amusements". The circular is printed stylishly to showcase the company's specialty in lithography. Circular measures approx. 8.5" by 5.5", billhead measures approx. 5.5" by 8.25" Very good. Light dust soiling, letter folds. Stain to left-hand edge of billhead. A couple unobtrusive short tears,
