The argument is essentially that under the law a tavern keeper would pay 48 cents per quart vs. unlicensed purchases of 16 cents per quart. The calculations are based on the same level of consumption and show a one year net profit $2,862 at 48 cents per quart and $732 a year net profit at 16 cents per quart. Includes a statement that thae license law is anti Democrat. Letterfolds, "Tavern Keeper Profit" penned on reverse.
