An interesting example of advertising to children: an illustrated ABC book based on animals from the story of Noah's Ark, with the goal of advertising Hanford brand family medicines. Each letter features a different animal, with a rhyme and illustration. The letters are interspersed with pitches for the brand. Has the whole alphabet printed in the inside of the upper wrapper. Single vol. (7" by 5"), pp. [16], illus., in original illus. self wrps with image of Noah petting a lamb on front, sales agent information printed on lower wrapper. Good to very good. Light soiling, extremities rubbed.
