A printed circular advertising a so-called "Quadruple Bust Development and Restorative Treatment" offered for sale by a Mrs. Louise Ingram, featuring glowing reviews from happy customers ("I AM GLAD TO TELL YOU THAT YOUR TREATMENT HAS INCREASED MY BUST MORE IN ONE MONTH THAN I EVER EXPECTED. I AM FORCED TO WONDER HOW IT COULD BE POSSIBLE"). Includes an order blank and a brief description of the treatment, which is only vaguely alluded to but promised to contain "nothing electrical, massage of the Bust, X-Rays, cabinets, plasters, devices, implements or instruments or surgery". Sounds legitimate! Measure approx. 9" by 6" Very good. Minor creasing.
