1840s Advertising Billhead for Lower Manhattan Stationer

New York, New York: E.H. Tripp, 1846. Printed billhead finished in contemporary ink manuscript recording an 1846 sale of stationery sold by E.H. Tripp, "Dealer in Books, Stationery and Paper Hangings" as well as "Grate Aprons, Looking Glass and Picture Frame Trimming, Candle, Lamp and Hall Lamp Shades, &c." in lower Manhattan. Dated June 6th, 1846, and made out to a Mr. Horne [?]. Measures approx. 5.5" by 7.5", ink manuscript to verso. Very good. Light toning/offsetting.
