New York City: Southern Hotel, 1901. A 1901 menu produced for the 1901 Annual Banquet of the Apollo Club, held at the Southern Hotel in Manhattan. Dishes served include filet mignon, roast snipe, potatoes Parisienne, and "fancy ices with strawberries" and cake to finish. Amontillado, Sauterine, Champagne and of course the Manhattan Cocktail were also served, alongside cigarettes and cigars. Menu card measuring approx. 7.25" by 4" Very good. Toning, dust soiling.
