The twenty-fifth Anniversary Club House Dinner includes general mess of celery, olives, sweet pickles, radishes, and combination salad; roast of suckling pig a la Roman with spiced dressing and apple sauce; entrees of enchiladas and Virginia pindar cured ham; vegetables of pomme nouvelles gastronome and petits spinach au Beurre; desserts are biscuits Glace a la Californienne, homemade apple and mince pies, ice cream, assorted cakes, and cafe noir; and Club House Old Pipes Dansant "Atopsides".
