Inside are fourteen pages of alphabet rhymes accompanied by in-text chromolitho illustrations of playful anthropomorphic animals. There is also an alphabet page, and spelling lessons ranging from two to six letters. Single vol. (10.5" by 8.25"), pp. [12], illus., in original illus. wrps, pagination beginning on inside upper wrapper. Upper cover depicts little girl with a kitten in a basket. Five (5) copies on WorldCat (Oct. 2025). Good to very good. Light dust soiling. Spine chipped.
