New York, New York: McLoughlin Bros. c1880. A fine, bright example of McLoughlin's children's story "The Little Dog Trusty", adapted from the same story by Maria Edgeworth. Part of McLoughlin's "Uncle Toby's Series", the book teaches children to be truthful and loyal.
Square 12mo (5.5" by 4.75"), pp. [12], wrappers inclusive, sewn in original chromolithographed wrappers. Contains four full-paged chromolithographed illustrations. Fine to very fine; only minimal wear to extremities.
