Created by a creative sort and includes circular verses, picture cyphers, cutouts from pith paper engravings, poety and excellent scrap composition. Entries include To the Flower called Forget me not!, A recipe for Courtship, the tea of Sympathy, The Rose of the Valley, On Leaving a Place of Residence, A Fragment, Lines written beneath a Picture, The Choice - Supposed to be written by a young lady and much more. Many of the pages are embellish with relevant often whimsical or satirical cut-out illustrations. Also includes numerous short thought entries. An English gentleman. Unnumbered pages.
