The Dr. Miles Medical Co. was founded in 1884, and sold patent medicines.

Elkhart, Indiana: The Dr. Miles Medical Co., c.1890. A set of three (3) chromolithographed premiums advertising the Dr. Miles Medical Co. as a part of the company's "Costumes of the Nations" advertising campaign. Each premium depicts a different traditional world costume; these three examples are titled "Dutch Woman", "Swede", and "Tyrolean". Each is die-cut and measures approx. 6.75" by 9.25", with a small foldable tab on the left which can be inserted into the other side to allow them to stand on their own. Very good. Minor surface wear, toning, dust soiling.
