New York, New York: Arlington D. Isham, Architect, c.1915. Two printed prospectuses promoting new homes designed by the architect Arlington D. Isham, marketed to New Yorkers seeking a summertime getaway on the New Jersey coast. The larger prospectus includes floor plans for the first and second floors. Highlights neighborhood amenities including a country club, polo field, water for boating, and modern improvements including "finished streets, sewer, water, gas, electricity, cement sidewalks, etc." The front of each features a cartoon image of two eighteenth century ladies in front of one of the bungalows. Both are printed bifolia, measuring approx. 7.75" by 6.25" and 3.25" by 6" Very good. Toning with a couple short tears, minor staining.
