Miniature Carved Peach Pit Basket

United States: c.1900. An impossibly small and adorable miniature basket, hand carved from a peach pit and measuring approx. 0.5" by 0.5". A nice example of folk art, showing the unnamed maker's skill and whimsy. Would be perfect for a doll house. Very good. Minor dust soiling.
