"Eye Appeal Means Buy Appeal": printed for use by boutiques and clothing shops, this cardboard dress form was manufactured for the purpose of giving dresses a more flattering look on the hanger, prompting better sales. Published by Gerstein Bros. Mfg. Corp., which also made bandages and medical supplies in WWII. Dress form includes directions for use and diagrams. Measures approx. 12" by 8" Very good. Toned with a little dust soiling, water stains.
