Cutwork Wreath "Isaac Bown Twigg"

Ashover (Derbyshire?): 19th century. A remarkably fine piece of paper cutwork, depicting a wreath with the name "Isaac Bown Twigg" in the center, and the town "Ashover" (Derbyshire village) below. Measures approx. 2" in diameter. Very good. Minor toning, spotting.
