The image itself depicts a woman in profile in front of a landscape. To "solve" the puzzle, the viewer must fine the following images "hidden away" in the larger image: a cat; a serpent; a lizard; a fly; a mule; an elephant; two birds; a rat; a boy; a dog' a fish; and "five other objects".
