A tongue in cheek heavy stock menu that appears to be lambasting the outgoing politicians in Philadelphia.  It is presented as a Grand Salt Water Voyage - Four Years' Pickling at the Head Waters of the famouse Stream of Brine". The voyage was on The Steamer, "Denial" leaving the Pine Street wharf of the Tuna. The vessel will be captained by "Boss" Bannon, who will fly as his colors, the affidavit of Cummings, The Hon. John Wanamaker Johnston, P.M., will man the helm, and struggle to keep the vessel in good shape for the retuyrn trip.   A list of crew members follows.    The Menu on the reverse roasts (pun intended) various figures including Billingsley, Blackmarr, Judas Pluvius Zane, etc.  It includes Crow, dressed in "Glittering Generalities," and much more.  Measures 6 1/4" x 3". .
