A two-fold sheet that depicts 7" John and Joan with their easel back stains on one sheet clothing and accessories for the twins on the other three.  The title is captioned "Tell your mother you could dress and undress yourself if she sewed in dainty flexible 'TALON' Slide Fasteners in all your clothes".  The commonality amongst all of the garments is that they all have zippers, presumably Talon Slide Fasteners.  Each item is identified as to wearer and purpose.  The reverse is blank.  Measures 20 3/4" x 16".

A die-cut cover exposes the heads of Pollyanna and Jimmy Bean.  Two card stock pages of punch out dolls and six (6) costume pages to cut.  Each page is themed with a caption at base that references the costumes on the page. Also includes four (4) easel backs.  Measures 14 1/4" x 10 1/2"..

A 7 3/4" x 5" attached lid side opening box designed to appear as a steamer trunk with a luggage label reading "Nellie".  Content includes a 7 3/4" easel back Nellie and four (4) numbered costumes and hats.  Costumes for school, play, party and a coat. Die-cut .

10 die-cut graduated size pages.  Each side of each page depicts a different rank and class of a sailor from Apprentice Seaman (3rd Class) to Admiral.  It also provides sleeve and shoulder patches.  As the page size increases begins including additional punch-outs of vessels and weapons and much more. A great educational tool on sailors in WWII. Book measures 9" x 11 3/4".   .

A 4 1/4" two-sided paper boy doll and his seven (7) two-sided costumes that include background scenes.  The boys costumes correlate with occupations/activities and include: Arbalist (crossbowman) scholar with a book a masquerade costume a huntsman a professor with a globe an ice skater recreating with a stick and ball (hat included) . This is the same male doll as that found in the Christmas Doll boxed set.  Interestingly the three (3) outfits (masquerade, scholar and ice skater) in the Christmas Doll are identical but images but printed in different colors.

In the traditional German manner of the day the the set includes two (2) identical 6 3/4" paper dolls and eight (8) two-sided costumes. Each costume is printed on polished paper and involves an activity.  Light egg wash finish. The costumes were dubbed Pretty, Diligence,  Applications, Patience, Clemency,  Mansuetude, Candor and Sincerity.  The costumes depict woman with exuberant baby in cradle holding a book holding a satchel and hanky holding a watering can and garden rake holding a pot with a seated shepherd boy on reverse with a dog at her feet holding a lamb with lamb at her feet on reverse. holding a dove Includes two (2) hats. Each of the costumes is numbered. Charming and dear.. Information found in Howard p.279  An example of this doll was found in a German museum in the 1960s and included information on the publisher and costume labeling.
