Description

The Jointed Paper Doll Family Series by Carolyn Chester was found in The Woman’s Magazine in 1913.  Each month a different member of the Jointed family was featured.  Each displayed on a magazine page of approx 16” x 10 ½” and designed for a child to cut and assemble the doll and eventually gather the entire family.  We have a number of the “family” members listed.  Each in the fine Edwardian fashion of the day.  Cutting-Out directions at the base of each page. This particular sheet is Jean’s Young-Lady-Sister with her fine high fashion attire.  Consists of eleven (11) pieces for cutting and assemblying.  Condition: edges trimmed.  1” tape repair at top.
