A 9 ¼” x 14 ¼” uncut cloth pattern for what appears to be a doll petticoat to cut and construct.  Includes design for embroidered “lace” trim. Please note this is item is from the early 1880s and is a collectible item and is NOT being sold as a pattern to cut-out and construct.  (Yup it happened--so if you wish to make it do so at your own risk; or perhaps make a copy of it...)
