It is The Bridal Party Series “The Maid of Honor” Dressing Doll Sheet No. 107.

This set may be more familiar in the die-cut boxed verse, but was among a series of paper dolls made by Tuck as a way allowing people of various income levels to afford this popular paper doll.
It is difficult to find these paper dolls uncut, as they were eagerly cut and played with by those who waited for the less expensive release of the paper doll.
A must have for the Raphael Tuck collector.
