She has a smug grin on her face and she is waving a red fan. The background has blue and white clouds. Beneath the Kewpies in small print, Kewpies, Copyright Rose O'Neill. The verse on the card reads, "Here's a box full of love and good wishes." Small toning spots on front and reverse otherwise the condition is good.
