It was prepared as a report of the Legislative Committee from the State of New York to the AYPE, and published in Albany, NY in 1910. It provides a history of the Exposition, and its invitation to states and governments, including New York's acceptance. Then, the details of New York's appropriation, and planning for the NY State Building, and the nature of its exhibits. There are details about the staff, attendance, list of state functions, the New York day festivities, the Seward Monument and Seward Day, and expenditures. There are portraits of NY State officials and the NY exhibit committee, as well as the Exposition officials. There are some views of the Expo, and the NY State building, including several of its interior. Finally, there are views related to Seward. Condition: minor wear to corners of covers.
