An 18 pp heavy embossed die-cut cover large format gift book.  It is My Little Pansy People by Ida Scott Taylor, pictured by Frances Brundage.  Raphael Tuck & Sons. No date. c1910.  Charming in-text pansy people throughout including grandmothers, a monocled mustached gentleman,  Fairy Auntie, Queen Scarlet, Little Snowflake, a Quaker maiden, a Soldier-blossom and more.  Text in rhyming verse. Delightful!  Gilt enhanced line drawn border decorations including flowers, foliage and butterflies.  Measures 9 1/2" x 7 1/8".  Condition:  unfortunately there is a water stain at the base of the front cover and a 1/2" x 2 1/2" water stain on the lower margin throughout. The free end paper had a chip at base that had been repaired. That being said--a fine item.
